Get Fit Inside

Hi Fitness fans, from lots of outside activities last month, some inclement weather has sent me inside.

Yin Yoga @ Om River Yoga

I’ve stalked my favourite teacher Cal down at a new location not far from my home. The studio is small but lovely and the smaller class size is perfect to get the 1 on 1 attention you need in Yin. Come and join us on Wednesday evenings.

You can visit your Local Virgin Active for free to test it out. This class is fast paced but fun and is kind of a Cross Fit HIIT mash up, 20 minutes of hard work. I loved it!

Say Goodbye To The Gym - Cychocycle

I’ve actually had to complain about this class. It was terrible. Maybe I’m spoilt by places like Cychocycle in the picture above and my favourite Boom Cycle. The instructor clearly hadn’t planned the class, hardly interacted with us and encouraged us to decide what we wanted to do, this basically resulted in me teaching the class – appalling.

Get Fit Inside at Good Vibes Covent Garden

I really loved the teacher at this class and the studio was lovely, this was a perfect way to start the weekend and I got loads done on Friday afternoon after feeling so peaceful. But I shelled out £16 for a 45minute class, when I’m trying to find cheap ways to get fit inside, this is not it. Maybe try their introductory offer.

Any classes I should try with you?
