I have to be honest guys, I’m beginnig to struggle finding activities and I’m even thinking about joining the gym again over winter. I need your help to get me back on track. Here is what I got up to since last time.
WOW! I sometimes come out of spin classes wishing I’d done more upper body work, but you know what they say, be careful what you wish for. I tried the fab new Bootcamp class at EdgeCycle which combines a spin class with a full body workout. Wow was it hard, I ached for days, but a great way to get the best of both worlds.
I’d never been to EdgeCycle before but the class and instructor were super, it’s great to see studios coming up with innovative ideas.

The Om Yoga Show
I recently headed to the Om yoga Show thanks to a competition on Beki‘s blog. I went with Lissy who headed to a mindfulness session while I enjoyed my largest yoga class to date with Michael Gannon who had come over from the states. Downward Dog whilst listening to the Black Eyed Peas was certainly something new.
Run a New City
I know, running again, I’m getting rubbish at Say Goodbye to the Gym’s original aims. I headed to Bristol to stay with Laureen and she took me on a run over Clifton Suspension Bridge. Running a new city was an amazing experience and a great way to mix up my routine.
So could this be the end of Say Goodbye to the gym?
